Rytan Plug Spinner

Plug spinners are used if a cylinder is picked in the wrong direction, or if picking requires the plug to be rotated in one direction and then spun/ flipped the opposite direction.

Plug spinners will spin the plug when picked and move the lower pins across the shear line without having any driver pins drop into lower chambers.
