Shipping Information:

Shipping is free for all orders at Pick My Lock. If you prefer faster delivery, you can upgrade to express shipping for just an additional $5.

 

Order Processing:

We strive to process your order within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can easily track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. Please note that during peak periods, order processing may take up to 3 business days.

 

Tracking Issues:

In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for Australia Post to update your order’s tracking status. Please be patient while waiting for updates. If your tracking number isn’t updating or not working at all, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Pick My Lock is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by Australia Post.

We are not liable for incorrect delivery addresses, so please ensure your delivery address is accurate when making your payment.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to choose a delivery address where someone will be available during delivery hours. If the delivery address is unattended, the customer assumes responsibility for the order, especially if it’s left in a safe place. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery, consider selecting a different shipping address or an Australia Post Parcel Locker.

 

Returns:

Pick My Lock does not offer refunds for change of mind or making an incorrect selection.

According to Australian consumer rights, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item from Pick My Lock is:

         Faulty
– Not fit for its intended purpose
 Doesn’t match the description or images on our site
– Fails to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe any of these conditions apply to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for the return or replacement of your item.

Please note that due to the nature of lock picking, normal wear, tear, or breakage of picks during use cannot be covered by replacement.

 

Return Shipping:

If your package is returned to Pick My Lock, the reshipping will be charged at your expense.
