Pick My Lock does not offer a refund for change of mind or making a wrong selection.

As per Consumer Rights, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item you purchased from Pick My Lock is:

  • Faulty
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Does not match description / images on site
  • Do not meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law

If you feel that any of the above apply to your purchase, please get in contact within 7 day, we will arrange the return or replacement of your item.

Please note: due to the nature of Lockpicking it is possible to break/damage picks during use. Unfortunately, we cannot replace picks due to normal wear, tear or breakage.
